Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from THE PART CAPTAIN LTD. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery (proof of delivery is required).
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (e.g., wrong size, wrong color) are eligible for free returns, refunds, or exchanges – please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report these issues.
- Custom or wholesale orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty or damaged.
How to Return or Exchange an Item (Online Orders)
- Contact our customer service team via email (thepartcaptainltd@gmail.com) or phone (+44 7832350699) to request a return form and free return shipping label. Please include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Complete the return form provided, and package the item(s) securely with all original tags and packaging.
- Attach the free return shipping label to your package and send it to our return address (provided on the return form).
- Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days), we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange an Item (Mail Orders)
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a return form and free return shipping label.
- Complete the return form, including your order number, contact details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Package the item(s) securely with all original tags, packaging, and the completed return form.
- Attach the free return shipping label to your package and send it to our return address (provided by our customer service team).
- Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days), we will confirm receipt via post or email and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any promotional discounts (if applicable). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), we will process your exchange once we receive and inspect your returned item. We will ship the exchanged item to you free of charge, with no additional tax or shipping fees. If the exchanged item has a different price, you will be required to pay the difference (or we will refund the difference if the new item is cheaper) before shipping.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and either a full refund, exchange, or replacement – at your choice. We cover all return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
