Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and handover to our shipping carrier. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Mail Orders
For customers who prefer to place orders via mail, please contact us to request a mail order form. Complete the form with your product selections, shipping details, and payment information, then send it to our physical address. Mail orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt, and delivery times are the same as online orders.
