Looking after your Aveline Carry bag
A little care can help your bag keep its shape, finish and everyday appearance for longer.

Smooth Grain Leather
Leather can naturally develop small variations and changes in appearance over time. These are part of the character of the material.
For everyday care:
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Keep the bag away from prolonged moisture.
- Avoid direct heat and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight.
- Keep away from oils, perfumes and abrasive surfaces.
- Do not use household cleaning products.
- Store the bag in a dust bag when not in use.
If the bag becomes wet, gently remove excess moisture with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally.
Do not use a hairdryer, radiator or other direct heat source to speed up drying.
Textured Vegan Leather
Vegan leather is easy to maintain with simple, regular care.
- Wipe the surface gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
- For light marks, use clean water and gentle pressure.
- Avoid abrasive cloths and strong cleaning products.
- Keep away from prolonged moisture and direct heat.
- Do not place the bag near radiators or other heat sources.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Always allow the surface to dry naturally.
Keeping Your Bag in Shape
How you store your bag can make a difference.
When not in use:
- Empty the bag completely.
- Remove anything that could mark or stretch the interior.
- Keep the bag upright where possible.
- Avoid placing heavy items on top of it.
- Use the original dust bag where provided.
For softer styles, lightly filling the interior with clean tissue paper can help maintain the shape during storage.
